GENERAL

We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients because everyone’s skin takes differently to permanent make up. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the service.

We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone.

PATCH TEST

We can not guarantee that every patch test will be 100 percent accurate due to traces of nickle that are found in some needles and pigments. The patch test won’t be able to indicate if you’re allergic reaction is to nickle or to the ingredients found in the products used. 

BOOKING

Upon booking your appointment we will require a non-refundable deposit to secure the  appointment date. 

YOUR PHOTOS 

Photos taken during and after your enhancement session may be posted on all social media platforms we operate on as well as our website and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be posted, please let us know when signing consent form. 

RESCHEDULING

A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment to another date and/or time.  Failure to give appropriate time to transfer or cancel will result in a loss of deposit and being pre-charged in FULL for your next appointment. 

We will send a reminder ONE WEEK before appointment. Appointments will be automatically canceled if we do not receive a response from you within 72 hours. 

If you booked your appointment and have been locked in for the current price at the time or promo/special pricing—should you reschedule—you will be subject to the current price at the time you make the change. Unless you are moving your appointment up your promo price will not be affected.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

You must arrive on time.  If you are running more than 20 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit. A delay in your appointment will cause a domino effect on the rest of our clients which is not fair to them. 

The first hour of your brow appointment will be dedicated to drawing. Once the decision is made on a shape, the look you chose will be final. After you leave our studio, we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving our salon will result in extra charges.

TOUCH-UPS

We will schedule you to come back to see us 4-6 weeks after your appointment for a follow-up. At that appointment you can decide if you would like a touch up or not. In most cases, you will need a touch up, which will be $85. If you do not need a touch up, you will not be charged for the appointment. We will advise you on when to come back for a touch up a few months down the line. 

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at any time. However, once you have booked with a certain price it will not be effected. If you decide to reschedule, you will be subjected to the increase in price for your new appointment date.
